And with the gaps in time on the CV it looks more like he was fired and had to spend some time looking for a new job rather than having something already lined up! Nothing really wrong, it is just the fact that probably you need to write some personal soft skills that you have compare to others. Let's not focus on what happened in the past with past jobs. Every one had bad experiences before. Try to focus on soft skills. I would assume, you are trying to get into some large large firms? Get to know your agent or some ppl already in the firm. Beef up your CV, make sure they want to inverview with you. Take notes on your unsucessful attempts on interview. When the right time comes, you will score a good job.
